All submitted forms are read and considered but due to volume, not all requests are responded to. Please don't take this personally.

Jay Riley or Dionne Sambrook at Stratford Jazz will consider requests and respond accordingly, usually requesting information on fee, tour dates and technical requirements.

If a date is mutually convenient then we request professional quality images and a short bio of the tour or event. 

Jay and Dionne are both volunteers and whilst the club has high aspirations, we are a small town jazz club and our artist budget is humble. We pay artists 100% of profits from the gig. The only other expenses are the venue hire, PRS and credit card fees.

No volunteers are paid.

We do not take a cut for merchandise.

Please be respectful of the clubs position when making requests. We will do our best to look after you and make the gig an enjoyable success.
