Stratford Jazz is pausing while we search for another venue. January 2025
After many joyful years at The Playhouse we will unfortunately stop until we find a new venue. Everyone at SJ wishes the management all the best and thank you for your support over the years.
Jazz in Stratford upon Avon since c.1986
Moving on from Sunday nights at The White Swan, Stratford Jazz has partnered with Stratford Playhouse to bring the town high quality modern jazz to the town and surrounding areas. Our main event is held on the second Wednesday of each month with a monthly jam session held at the RSC's Other Place. SJ also aims to deliver jazz programmes, jazz education and pop up jazz events in the local area. We also work closely with Jazz Network West Midlands to offer 'big name' tours and international artists.
